BizDoc was started in 2015 by Kamran Ahmad as a business consultancy. The idea behind the name “The Business Doctor” was simple: businesses often need someone who can look at the bigger picture, identify the problem and help find the right solution.
As more clients came to BizDoc for business advice, Kamran began seeing the same pattern. Businesses were not only facing business challenges — they were also missing the right branding, digital presence, marketing and technology needed to support their growth.
This naturally pushed BizDoc towards digital consultancy. Alongside business consultancy, the company began helping clients with areas such as graphic design, creative branding and other digital requirements.
As the demand for digital work grew, BizDoc started operating as an agency and began working with external teams to deliver projects for clients. This experience gave Kamran a clear understanding of what clients actually expect from a digital partner.
Around 2018–2019, BizDoc moved further into digital consultancy and began developing its own agency capabilities. Rather than simply relying on outside agencies, the focus became delivering the work with greater control, consistency and understanding of the client's actual requirements.
BizDoc's journey also expanded across the UK and Pakistan. With clients in the UK and operations developed in Pakistan, the business continued building its digital capabilities while maintaining a direct, personal relationship with its clients.
Today, BizDoc brings business understanding and digital execution together under one roof. The agency provides businesses with the digital services they need — from custom web development and custom functionality to branding, graphic design, marketing, SEO, printing and digital consultancy.
At the centre of that offering is Custom Web Development — building websites, custom themes, custom plugins and tailored digital solutions around the individual needs of each business.
